Gigantic view of Phnom Penh and the Mekong, large pool, close to the Aeon-Mall with very good food court.
At the moment there are many construction sites all around and the area is rather Chinese, Korean.

The room was elegant and reasonably large with a comfortable bed, offering great value for money. the hotel is in a magnificent and lovely position, not far from the mall, food places, restaurants, bars. It's pretty close to everything.
